Captain Pines

Was at Disney's California Adventure's Animation Academy and realized they don't have any Gravity Falls characters on the list. So for some reason I decided to doodle up Dipper Pines as Captain America.

So I occasionally frequent Disneyland and will make stops to California's Animation Academy from time to time. This time Scrooge McDuck was the lesson.

Ended up leaving this on top of a trashcan just outside of the Animation Academy.

Comikaze 2013

Comikaze 2013 was a blast! Had a great time. Ran into friends. Made new friends. Made some memories. Here are a few snippets from the Expo. Probably one of my favorite moments was when my fellow exhibitor neighbor, Tenaya, drew me as Deadpool! Didn't even expect it! So I returned the favor with a drawing of her. Rest of the pics is just me meandering about running into awesome after awesome.

Aquafina Papusa

Here's a sketch I started at last weeks Original Drink and Draw Social Club in Los Angeles (If you are in the Los Angeles area, look it up.) Noticed some areas that I really didn't like, so took another stab at it at this weeks Original Drink and Draw Social Club. Pretty much Mechanical Pencil 0.5 2H and 0.7 HB and a whole lot of vodka....okay there was no vodka. There's some things I want to add and change, but I'll save that for the next Drink and Draw...which is next week. Thursdays. Casey's Irish Pub. 8pm.

Don't mind the title...it's just the first thing I saw when I looked to my right and then the first thing that popped into my head after seeing the first thing that I saw. :)

Sharkzilla V2 WiP

Played around some more with New Sharkzilla.  Playing with different ways to light, color, and paint, basically trying different ways to "see" the piece. I know that doesn't make any sense.

Ironpool

It's not the first ever Ironpool mockup, but it was fun to do. Went to the Disneyland Annual Passholder preview night for the Iron Man Exhibit that opened up inside Innoventions. Snapped a few pics of armors and modified the Stark Suitcase suit from Iron Man 2 into a Deadpool/Ironman mashup. Did it for fun.
